With a potential change of plan I've decided to re-advertise to see if any interest. Could also look at fitting the boat out to your requirements if agreement reached.
Boat was purchased as a project for refurbishment back to a leisure / charter vessel.

Hull is sound with no defects, stern gear also in good condition.
Deck has some soft spots around the access hatches aft and would require some work to rectify.
Wheelhouse is constructed from fibreglassed plywood, mostly sound, however the front will require being replaced / repaired. (Currently having plans drawn for Alu wheelhouse).
Cabin in fwd consists of seating both Port and STBD side that easily adapts to bunks, under STBD side a sea toilet is located.
